“..Give me the launch codes!”

This weekend I attended the Reno Championship air races with our own Delta_X3 and soaked up both the loud screams of jets, and the punishing UV rays of the Nevada desert.  I took a lot of pictures- tho mostly of the military variety because you had to pay more to get into the pitt area where the race planes were. (sadly no pics of the De Havilland Vampire).

IMG_1745This may not have been deltas first airshow rodeo, but for me, it was the first time I had gone to one that I was conscious of since the early 90’s. I was so excited that I actually forgot the little things, like sunblock and charging ones phone so they could take something more besides still photos, Doh! x.x  I would come to almost immediately pay the price for the sunblock after I got back to the sands hotel for a shower.

ingoshirtthere was a small but liberal section of souvenirs to buy, delta and I checking back on the stalls both days for new goodies. The only thing I wanted was of course expensive collectible planes (one of the nighthawk and Stuka ect) but these were going for over 100$ each and that was my gas and food budget for the 3 day trip so that didn’t happen. I had a bit of leeway tho since I did not buy anything for me, I got some people are few gifts including the above T-shirt for Ingo. I really should have bought this for me, because it says all you need to know about the wearer without saying a word. Everyone who contributes to this site could probably use this t-shirt now that I think about it.

Here you can see me with my medusa hair chilling out next to an Mq-1 predator drone. This model was over 20 years old and had its avionics and other important shit removed and the US Air force personal docents assured me that the 3rd picture you see here is the box they put it in. that struck me as crazy because I didn’t expect something of this size to have its own handy-dandy jewel case for transport just like something civilian. The drone itself is big, but is actually very tiny compared to real aircraft. I could have dragged it into my bed.. or it dragged me into its bed.. the size difference wasn’t that much.. but to think years ago this little thing was used to launch rockets at targets is pretty amazing.

Here are some of the best of the photos I got. Sadly I could not get any footage of the planes flying because of battery life issues and not having a proper camera. You are just going to have to trust me on this: the Breitling team and their vintage prop plane stunt pilot did a smashing job flying within mere feet of each other whilst blasting the audience with jet screams and pyrotechnics worthy of the blue angels team itself. At least for me, the highlight of the event was all the military stuff that flew. They had a heritage flight with an f-16 fighting falcon, a P-51 mustang, and a b-25, Mitchel (with a Russian star on it..wtf?). They also pulled out the AC-130 and did a couple of passes with it to tickle the clit of the audience in between races. What surprised me was that virtually all of the military machines on display were in-tact. The engines still flyable.. unmolested. When they normally pull the engines out of these beauties. Also, Within this gallery I was happy to have gotten to touch a Chinook helicopter and took a photo next to it. I didn’t go inside the chinook because it was stuffed wall-to-wall with children. Yet Even though I didn’t go inside, the circle is now complete.. the Human standing next to her machinesona: Chinook-tan.

On a more serious note, I spent an hour laying under and touching Cerebral’s fav jet fighter, the F-15. I had to do it.. Though if the situation was different I would have spent 2 more hours under the A-10’s, but They were guarded by military personal taking refuge from the sun’s death rays. I had to know what it would be like from the perspective of one of my little human characters in all of those machine drawings I make.  ..the sheer size or magnitude of these beasts of steel is incredible. to be coiled up in their many robotic limbs and pressed against their warm air frame whilst being pleasured by something so heavy and ultimately dangerous is like heaven on earth. At just under 64 feet long and 28,000 lbs, I couldnt help but feel this thing was a dragon waiting to sit on me like a large yellow nest of coins, or what more.. press me firm against its huge underside where my thigh would have become greasy with the engine oil slowly dripping from down closer to the twin engine housing. All it would take is for this eagle thing to cock its head slightly to the side so I could see a huge maw of tungsten teeth smiling and and rumbling peacefully at his tiny prize. These jets are so much more then the sum of their parts, and I would have resigned to become like the people on the swc forums if it just didn’t come down to the fact that I need living breathing machine sentience to make this all work. Anyone who stumbles upon this site,  its stories and artwork need to realize that its for the love of the machine as a creature and trans-humanism that make me extend my fantasies out to something that I know is just an inanimate object. I, like cerebral, am a fairly submissive kind of person who wants to be wrapped up and protected by something far stronger and wonderful then us. Its alien and beautiful .

Here is the only video I had mind to take. This was me sitting under the F-15, with 2 A-10’s, a mitchell, a globemaster, a chinook, and a c-130 surrounding. It was a hot day and I had to scream to get my voice out over the generator sound in the back. I made a mistake, that is Not and f-16 i am sitting under, (although there was one flying at the show).

Notes: If any of you guys do decide to go to Nevada for the air race or any other reason do note that the atmosphere looks like the surface of mars without all the red and oxygenlessness. there is zero protection from the sun. I was thoroughly cooked and blistered Friday night not fully realizing it because I was drunk on half a bottle of Gin. The next morning I was red as a fucking lobster and 4 steps below complete agony over my face, scalp, back of the hands ect. My skin had blistered, and my scalp was oozeing with body fluids whenever I pressed my head over my pillow. Simply rubbing my face opened up numerous blisters and fluids leaked out onto my hands like little bolus’s of sweat. I have not had a sunburn this bad since Santa Cruize 2005. Seriously, take some fucking UV protection with you.. don’t be like me.

Also, While Reno is pretty ghetto compared to Las Vegas, they are really trying. You can still get a decent cut of prime rib or a t-bone steak with a modest buffet meal for about what you’d find in Vegas. You wont starve there if that’s what you might be worried about.  #fattyLife

Until I can get down to the Planes of fame museum in Chino for an airshow, I consider this to be the best show I have seen yet. If anyone is interested in meeting up for something like this next year, do please drop me a line.

OMG fire ants. and they were pissed. fire ants everywhere.

Regarding the message I left on Thursday about the b2 and being frustrated that no one does anything for me, or for the fetish in general? Don’t listen to me. you guys owe me nothing. I do all of the art that i do on this site not with the expectation that I will get anything in return but that Its really something I do to explore the darkness of my own head/thoughts. even though I appreciate when you guys do write stories for me.. you really don’t owe me shit and its enough that you guys come to visit.

Btw, if your wondering what the title is about, Delta and I were watching Tv at the hotel and a commercial for a kids toy came on. Some little robot that jiggles and says things to makes babies dance )some fischerprice toy.. that reminded me about how mechanized we are becoming in our lives even down to toys for infants.. I joked and said that eventually the robot would eventually say in a cutesy voice: “Give me the launch codes!” and later on laughed that when delta gets to his car Ashley, even the car says “how about you give me the launch codes?” its in reference to battle star galactica if any of you have seen it.

Music theme for this event and all its sexy machines: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_tZzlqkIQlU

What are you looking for, in regards to the B2, Ratbat?
Hopefully I can get it.

So far I am just at tier VI. But I have played Nagato in closed beta. I am mostly focusing on the USN battleship and cruiser sections. not too interested in carriers, although I love them. the playstyle is too strange. Which they used a Battlestations format.

I don’t think the Izumo is very good. She has no rear guns to protect her and a crude firing arc. I’ve played the Tone class cruiser on BSP and it had a similar turret layout. It’s best for popping out from behind islands and smacking an opponent real hard before getting in a broadside formation to the opponent. Otherwise your guns won’t be fully used.

Really? How far are you down the line? I personally like the Fuso and have reasonably set expectations for her. Now I’m scared of her performance now.

Nah, I like a good number of them. Fuso is by far the worst of the seen I have seen so far. At the moment however I am a bit bored of the game, and as such I haven’t really been playing.

I don’t run into any flame wars. I run into fire battles because that seems to be the best thing against BBs besides torps. Isn’t any Jap ship shit when you aren’t nearly maxed?

I played WOW for a bit, though i kinda lost interest when it got closer to release, partly because of the irritating flame wars that happened in chat almost as soon as the match started and partly because of AW, though to be complete honest i have lost interest in that -at least for the moment- sense the responsibilities or big boss call to strongly, and that UTH-66 Blackfoot is a damn sexy chopper as well.

Seems like everyone is playing warships lately. I loved Myogi, Although I don’t have her any more. I will warn you Gingy. Fuso is a nightmare until the hull modernization.

So you two had fun. So did I! 🙂 I got World of Warships working on Friday and dayum have I played it! I’m already at the Tier IV Myogi class BB (Battleship). She’s maxed out and looking sexy! Jester, you playing WoW or want to? It’s way different from WoT, though. Always moving, and don’t count on perfect accuracy or turret traverse. Even the DD (destroyer) turrets are slow.., I mean the Maus traverse slow.., actually the Maus traverse is great compared to this. Anyway Jester I have PC WoT (had it for a while) but I likely won’t touch that for a while.

P.S. The costs are way amped up here, the tier VI BB is in the millions for silver.
