A bit of Demi plane 2.0 action here derived from the Sr-71. It highlights what I think is the key important aspect of what anthro planes should be– first and foremost recognizable as the plane they are derived from. But mainly served with some level of thought in creature design. The Folk here is kept thin, with a depression under the arms that allows for “turtleing up” so there is less drag during flight. The body remains stooped over to facilitate the long horizontal nature of this girl’s jet lineage. Also Capable of standing on smaller back legs, but is more likely to skulk around or scurry like a lizard close to the ground. May need long handled spoons and forks to eat, at the very least, a favorite straw to suck out of. Looking at this creature from the top down, the type of plane should be unmistakable. Males and females are for the most part, unisex but have distinctly male and female voices, (some females may carry small vestigial breasts, wider hips). Babies start out big-headed and fat like human babies when born and then gradually become more robotic as they mature. Drawbacks: child will never be as fast as the parent by virtue of having limbs witch under the best circumstances still cause a little bit of drag. May be slow to run on 2 legs. (Slight frame) Not as physically tough as other Demifolk.
Habu* So just a little bit of Airforce lore, When the sr-71 was flown out of Okinawa japan, the locals saw it flying through the air and superstitiously called it “Habu” witch is a vicious black snake native to the island. When looked at at certain angles, the jet does indeed resemble a blackened snake.
